All orders over £89.99 goods value (UK Mainland only).
WE DO NOT OFFER A GUARANTEED NEXT DAY DELIVERY SERVICE
We have no control over delivery companies once we have handed over your order and therefore delivery times are approximate.
Once your order is ready for dispatch Delivery will be by:
Click and Collect from our Warehouse - FREE
place your order online and collect from our warehouse. Please Note you will recieve a call
from one of our staff whem your order is ready for collection THIS IS NOT A SAME DAY SERVICE
Royal Mail Tracked 48
Should be Delivered within 48 hours but not guaranteed.
This service is tracked and you will receive a Text or email confirming day of delivery. Delays could occur if your order gets lost.
Courier Fed Ex All Large orders will be delivered via FED EX -
This is a tracked service. Once your order has left us you will get an email or text message or both with tracking details.
All Orders that do not require Personalisation we will aim to dispatch within 48 hours of receiving the order.
There will be occasions where the demand on certain products outstrips supply and in these cases delivery may be delayed. If this problem arises, Total Workwear will contact you to update you on the progress of your order. If you require a guaranteed delivery date, please email us and we will do our best to assist you.
All Orders that requires any personalisation will be dispatched within 10 Working Days

Terms & conditions for delivery are applicable in the UK only.
Total Workwear will endeavour to meet any delivery date quoted, however dates are given & intended as an estimate only. Total Workwear shall not be held responsible for any delay in the delivery of goods howsoever caused, nor shall it be liable for any damage, consequential loss or expense arising from failure to deliver goods by a due date.
Claims for shortages or damaged goods must be received in writing by Total Workwear within 3 days of the receipt of goods.
The "Purchaser" should ensure at the time of delivery that goods are signed for as damaged or incomplete, failing which Total Workwear will not be liable in respect of any such claim & goods shall be deemed to have been delivered in a complete & satisfactory condition.
Claims for non-delivery MUST BE MADE IN WRITING TO BOTH Total Workwear & THE CARRIER (Royal Mail / Parcel Force / DPD) & should be received within 14 days of ordering.
